Develop onboarding and usage documentation to drive adoption, and deliver recurring stakeholder reports tracking usage, impact, and cross-department engagement to support business priorities.

AI Solutions Developer & Evaluator | Copilot & Salesforce Integration: Architected and deployed AI agent solutions integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 ecosystem—connected apps enabled secure cross-platform data access across Salesforce, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

Sourcing Platform Analytics: Integrated the Google Analytics tool to track user interactions within the project's sourcing platform. I was responsible for building the frontend for the tool, where events are triggered.

Chatbox SDK: Built an SDK to allow web applications to create chat sessions with providers like Amazon Connect and Google CCAI. I was responsible for building the UI components for the SDK.
